I strongly believe in developing the individual to meet their full potential. I am outcome focused and through observation, active listening and challenging conversations co-create practical and sustainable solutions. My  approach has three distinct phases:


time is spent exploring the client’s goals, through questioning, listening and observation.  This important phase builds rapport and establishes the relationship


this is the high-energy phase of powerful questioning, challenge, option creation and thinking the unthinkable.

This is where the change takes shape


I work with the client to consider how change is going to be sustained,

through reflection,

learning and applying tools for self-coaching
